All personal training sessions are with me, Mikel, in our private 1 to 1 studio gym. I've been a personal trainer for longer than I care admit, and have trained a huge variety of people within this. I enjoy helping people get as much as possible from their training, within the context of their life and their priorities. That could be teaching the basics of weight training, starting a rehab journey after a ski injury, or tweaking an existing programme to keep up with your progress.
I'm a pretty relaxed trainer, don't expect me jumping around and shouting. I get results by sitting down and writing a logical training programme based on your needs, and tweaking it as necessary depending on how you feel on the day. The training plan will be progressive and consistent, which is necessary so that you actually see improvement.
